We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers - Scan goods and collect payments - Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets - Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas - Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information - Greet customers when entering or leaving the store - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries
Experience:
- Previous experience in a cashier or retail position is preferred - Proficiency in operating a POS system and handling cash transactions - Strong organizational skills to manage customer flow efficiently - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities - Knowledge of jewelry sales or technical sales is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs - Familiarity with stock management procedures is beneficial - Proficient in phone etiquette for handling inquiries and providing assistance Job Types:
