Under the supervision of the Returns Supervisor, the Returns Lead is responsible for servicing the Tory Burch Brand by receiving, stocking, or preparing orders according to request as well as directing workflow of the employees within the department.
Returns & Receiving
Ensures the accuracy of inbound RA and Retail Transfers
Coordinates inbound shipments to ensure returns are processed in FIFO order
Through an adjustment process handles defective merchandise by destroying returned goods as needed
Provide operation improvements within the Returns Dept.
Assists in performing physical inventories
Maintaining a Safe Work Environment
Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse by conducting operations in a manner which promotes safety of employees and security of product.
Informs management of any unsafe or hazardous working conditions
Directing Workflow
Identify workload of all areas within the dept and shift personnel as needed
Directs the workflow of the employees within the department, in partnership with the supervisor
Assists in training all new Return Processors
Service Level Adherence
Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
Ensures all credits are completed within 24hrs of receipt
In conjunction with Supervisor, works to ensure that all returns are processed within a 72hr window
Communicate with Retail stores for aging shipments
Other duties as required and assigned.
Education & Prior Experience Needed
High school diploma or GED
2 to 4 years related experience and/or training
Experience with warehouse equipment
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
WMS knowledge preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills, must speak/understand English. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
