Administrator, Data Management

Responsibilities:

- Develop with HR a data exchange process for all new hire and termination activity for service employees. - Set-up and maintain all new and existing Service resources in Oracle. - Set-up and maintain all Service Division calendars and resource assignments in Oracle. - Set-up and maintain all service calendar adjustments in Oracle. - Set-up and maintain territories in Oracle as directed. - Set-up and maintain all resources sub inventory address. - Set-up and maintain all service resource groups. - Set-up and maintain all Service roles. - Interface closely with Oracle BPR team at CBS - Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent business experience - Excel experience - Business knowledge in the office equipment industry - Oracle experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
